Pumpkin Cupcakes
An accidental Delicious Treat.
We were making mini cupcakes and had some extra batter.
I tossed in some canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, & a splash of maple syrup. The outcome was near perfection. We've adjusted our recipe a few times and it's now perfect topped with
our Maple Cream Cheese Frosting & a sprinkling of chopped Candied Walnuts.

Thanks to Bobby Flay & Ree Drummond for this new addition to our repertoire. I thought this was something brand new and unique, but after a quick google search, I've realized that I'm the only person on the planet who has just now found this heavenly dessert. This version is a bit labor & time intensive but Oh. So. Good. You should really let us make it for you. We'll deliver a whole pan with the Creme Anglaise on the side.
